We are 100% certain that you will be satisfied with your RibRave Inc product. To back up our customer satisfaction we offer a (5) year fabric warranty, (3) year seam warranty and a (2) year transom warranty through our manufacturer on all of our new rigid inflatable boats for any manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. Cosmetic flaws do not affect the functionality and performance of the boat and are not applicable.This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the warranty claim.
There is no warranty offered for the Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board. Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board is purchased as is, and the sale is final.
We guarantee that each and every one of our new inflatable boats or stand up paddle boards and all included accessories sold with them to the buyer are entirely free of defects, in material, function, and in manufacturer's workmanship.
These warranties are exclusively applicable for defects found in the material of the product or in the manufacturing and workmanship of the product at the time it is shipped to the purchaser.
These warranties DO NOT apply to:
RibRave Inc's inflatable products are manufactured with treated PVC materials. We caution you to consider that PVC material will naturally wear down if frequently left outdoors, exposed to weather and nature's elements.
These warranties will not cover any claims concerning cases in which products are poorly protected against exposure to the elements. Furthermore, these warranties will not cover incidental expenses, or resulting costs for any kind of expenditure coverage, any kind of consequential damages, charges of service or other incurred by such as haul out, towing transport, storage charges, telephone charges, rental charges of any kind, waste of time or income losses.
Motor warranties are provided by, backed, and administered solely by the manufacturer, RibRave does not provide the warranty. The warranty obligations are set forth and are limited to those found in printed warranty literature included with the motor and/or as provided on the manufacturers’ websites.
Repairs for outboard engines are done through authorized dealers located throughout the country, therefore it is suggested that the purchaser be familiar with the manufacturer’s dealers and find the closest authorized service center before submitting any motor order.
Defective motors will be addressed via the applicable manufacturer’s warranty policy associated with that product. Any claim of a defective or otherwise unsuitable product specifically is not considered basis for waiver of the cancellation, refused, exchange or return provision contained herein.
Outboard warranties require purchaser to transport the outboard to an authorized dealer for inspection and/or repair under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Transportation costs are not covered by any warranty, unless otherwise stated. RibRave disclaims all other warranties, express, implied or statutory, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any operational, performance or installation/rigging issue shall not constitute the breach of any covenant of dealer/seller or otherwise deem to be a waiver of any such provision herein.
Outboards are subject to, and purchased with, a zero cancellation and zero return or exchange policy.
